LEAD PASTOR
Josh serves as the Lead Pastor of Existence Church. He oversees all staff and directs the overall vision for the church. His passion is found in communicating scripture in ways that are fresh and relevant. Josh graduated with a degree in Pastoral Ministry from Nyack College in 2002 and has been in ministry for over 15 years. Josh and his wife Kim have been married since 2003. They have a wonderful son named Kruise.

SHAWN KENNEDY
COMMUNITY PASTOR
Shawn serves as part of the Lead Pastoral team and is the Community Pastor of Existence. He works with Josh to set vision and direction, oversees all aspects of community and teaches on Sunday mornings. Shawn has a passion to see people grow and mature. Shawn graduated with a Psychology/Pastoral Ministry degree from Nyack College in 2000 and a Masters Degree in Theology from Alliance Theological Seminary in 2002. Shawn and his wife Rebekah have been married since 2008.

BILL MANGHAM
NORTH CAMPUS COMMUNITY PASTOR
Bill serves as the Community Pastor of Existence Church North Campus. He works with Josh & Shawn to set vision and direction, overseeing all aspects of community at Del Dios. Bill is married to his wife Ann, and they have two children Matt & Kim as well as 2 grandchildren and another one on the way.

Josh serves as the Missional Pastor of Existence Church. He oversees all of our missions trips, main events and missional leaders. Josh has a passion to see Existence Church serve and love the community of San Diego in creative ways.Josh graduated with a Christian Ministry degree from Hope International University in 2004. Josh and his wife Jessica have been married since 2010.

BREANNE WRIGHT
CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR
Breanne Wright has been brought on staff at Existence Church as the Children’s Director for the North Campus. From a young age she has always had a huge passion to work with children. She started off her career as a Registered Nurse, working with sick and premature infants. There, she learned how to build relationships with families as she supported them in the hardest of times. Now that God has brought her to Existence, she can’t wait to see how He uses her and the Kids Life ministry at the new campus. She looks forward to getting to know you and your children!

SEAN HORTON
COLLEGE LIFE AND VIDEO PRODUCTIONS
Sean serves as the director of College Life and Video Production at Existence. He oversees all things related to College Life, develops and edits all videos and oversees our live stream and facebook efftorts. He has a passion to see Existence grow in creativity and college students.

WESTON RING 
WORSHIP PASTOR
Weston is the worship pastor for Existence Church. Weston is passionate about creating a culture of authentic, life changing worship and he works every week to make sure the church is an excellent environment for people to come hear about Jesus and engage in worship. He has been serving at Existence since September, 2011. Weston and his wife, Heather, have been married since 2008. Before coming to Existence, Weston and Heather lived in Boulder, Colorado where they studied at the University of Colorado and served at Flatirons Community Church.

MIKALA JANSE VAN RENSBURG
DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Mikala serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry and Executive Support to Josh Hotsenpiller. She works to encourage, develop and lead the women of Existence. Mikala is an invaluable support to Josh as the work together to implement and execute high level vision at Existence. She is passionate about seeing Existence Church reach it’s full potential to impact the lives of people all across San Diego. Mikala and her husband Wes have two beautiful boys named London and Durban.

Brandon has been a part of Existence since 2011. In addition to being our facilities manager, Brandon is also an independent associate with Legal Shield, providing families with legal services. If you happen to stumble upon him at work you might be surprised to find him creating his own raps.
