Wedding Ceremonies

We are excited and honored that you have asked one of our Pastors at Existence Church to perform your wedding. We take the privilege of marrying you very seriously. Our hope, prayer and expectations are that your union will last until death does you part or Christ returns. 

In order for Existence Church to release one of our Pastors to perform your marriage ceremony you must agree to the following elements.

Biblical Beliefs:

God - There is only one living God, who exists in three distinct persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is not only knowable, but also personal.

The Father - The Bible teaches God has revealed himself as a Father. He is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. He hears and answers prayer.

Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. He convicts people of sin, draws people toward Christ, cultivates godly character, gives spiritual gifts and provides needed comfort.

Jesus Christ - Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross and three days later rose from the dead. By doing this, Jesus demonstrated His power over sin and death and His validity as the Son of God.

Salvation - Man is separated from a relationship with God from birth because of sin. As a result, there is nothing man can do to earn salvation. Only by trusting in what Jesus Christ has done on the cross can man enter into a relationship with God. Salvation is not based on what man can do to get to God, but rather what God has done to get to man.

Marriage Counseling:

You agree to engage in marriage counseling either 3 months prior or 3 months post your marriage date.

Pastoral Care:

You agree to provide a donation for compensating our pastor's travel expenses and time.
